It has been 12 months since Allegro took on the mammoth task of changing its ERP system and some of the fine-tuning continues. Due to the great work, patience and willingness to learn shown by colleagues, we are glad to report that we are through the most difficult part of the project and are seeing the benefits of the new system starting to come through. Our Friday training sessions continue, unfortunately the coffee and pastries that were part of these meetings in the office are now virtual.
